training is compulsary!
todayy, i wasnt intending to attend training since i finish class at 1pm and training starts at 5! sooooo when miss farrianna nurbai'n beep me, i told her that i wont be at training today since i dont know what to do in between 1pm to 5pm. i might as well go back home and have a nice deeeep sleep which is much in need now. hehh.
i reached home 2.30pm and immediately on the tv to watch my favourite tv programme bawang putih, bawang merah at tv3. sape pernah tgk? hahahhahaha. best oi crite die. hehh. kk, then fianna msg me ard 3pm like that. she said "training today compulsary. help inform the rest."
i was like whaaaaaaaaat sia. baru nak syiok2 ngorok kat rumah. then i ask her back who sent her the msg and why compulsary. she replied "aku tak tau.."
so i got no choice and had to attend. i was late anyway.
and after training was over, i was wondering. ape yg compulsary yang anne suruh dtg seh? i thought coach wanted to discuss about the upcoming pol-ite.
me: eh fi, sape yg send kau msg tu? ape yg compulsary seh?
TOIIIINNGGG~ i was like at jurong and on my bed watching my favourite tv programme sia when she said it was compulsary and i rush to sch back! wasted the train fare, da la aku tk pakai concession! grrrr.but nontheless, training was sweat-ful. haha. (:
after training, fianna and me had our meals at long john silver. we were sitting facing each other and as she was storytelling me about something, i felt her leg stepping on my feet under the table. and i waited for her to remove her leg from my feet but she just continued taaaaalking and taaaaalking with her leg/shoe on top of mine. i was like, eh ape seh ni budak. comfortable sangat pe sak kaki aku. hahhahaha.
me: (cutting through her story) ah ye la abe kaki kau ni atas kaki aku ape hal?
two word. selenge bacen! hahahahha.

naik boring aku tengok blog kite ni!
eh i think tue's training was a good one. almost everyone gt to score a try! wahaha
mane tak, kalau da kene lari satu round kat padang.. kene maki ngan coach.. haha memang patut lah.
Guess what? i cant sleep and i shall not sleep now. im waiting for the delivery man to come and deliver the modem. Maklum lah baru upgrade plan baru katekan. hehe. i want to sleep actually right after subuh prayers but i think those who know me will know how i sleep hahaha.
So sorry lah eh this time no interesting topics to talk about. One fine day perhaps ill have something to blog about. (aku update blog pun saje je asik fianna je yang update nanti orang ingt ni blog die plak! heheh)
ohk and i think im lucky to have my bf by my side. Thou he barely showers me with gifts and the stuffs ive always wanted, restricting me from spending my money and all.. i think he is just perfect for me. AWWWWW~

To shape up ur butt, try doing this workouts:
- CHAIR SQUAT
Stand in front of a chair with feet hip-width apart, abs in and torso straight. Slowly bend your knees & lower until you're almost touching your butt to the chair. Hold for 2-3 sec, knees behind the toes, and straighten.
Repeat for 12-16 reps, 2-3 sets, 3 times a wk.
- LUNGE
This lunge will really challenge you since you will use the standing leg for balance. Stand with left foot resting on a paper plate. Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot back into a lunge position, keeping the right knee behind the toe, torso upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position and repeat 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat on each leg for 2-3 sets.
- OUTER THIGH LEG LIFT
Note- There is no true outer thigh. When you work your outer thigh, you're actually working your butt. This exercise can be done standing or lying on your side. While standing, simply lift the leg out to the side, a few feet off the floor. Keep hip, knee and foot flexed. Repeat 8-12 times on each leg.
- BIKING
On a stationary bike, alternate 3 mins at 70-80 RPM with 2 mins at 100-110 RPM for a calorie-blasting 30 mins workout. A 140-lb person burns 335 calories in 45 mins.
- HAM RAISES ON THE STEP
Lie in front of step and scoot forward until your butt almost touches edge of step. Place right foot on the step, knee bent, and raise left leg straight up. Keeping abs straight tight, squeeze butt and hamstring to lift butt off the floor, pushing left leg straight up towards the ceiling. Lower back until butt barely touches the floor. Alternate on each leg for 2-3 sets of 16 reps.
- RUNNING
- KICKBOXING
